Cutting Edge Roland SBL3 Ink with 4-Color,
8-Color and Fluorescent Ink Set Options
Achieve vivid colors, smooth gradations and super-sharp images with fast-drying Texart dye-sublimation inks. Specially formulated for Texart dye-sublimation printers, Texart ink delivers dense blacks, a wide color gamut that includes Orange and Violet ink options, and a high dye-concentration that reduces ink-limits without any reduction in color density or vibrancy. Texart SBL3 ink is also available in Fluorescent Pink and Yellow inks that produce hundreds of vivid fluorescent colors and soft pastel shades for fashionable sportswear, decor and eye-catching signs.
The Texart RT-640M can be configured as a 4-color or 8-color device. In 4-color (CMYK) mode, Texart dye-sublimation inks produce velvety blacks and sharp details. In 8-color (CMYK+LcLmOrVi and CMYK+OrViFpFy) mode, the addition of Orange, Violet, Fluorescent Pink and Fluorescent Yellow inks produce an increased color gamut with both delicate and intense hues. Fluorescent Pink and Yellow inks can be combined with process colors (CMY+Fp+Fy) to produce an array of vivid fluorescents and soft pastel shades.
An advanced, 8-channel print head features efficient ink coverage that lowers running costs. Containing 180 nozzles per channel, it produces seven different droplet sizes for smooth color and gradations when used with Texart SBL3 inks that are 15% less per liter than conventional inks.
The Roland DG Ink System uses 1-liter airtight sealed pouches. When in 4-color (CMYK) mode, the system outputs 2-liters per color and automatically switches to the backup ink pouch when the primary pouch runs out. This proprietary Roland DG Ink Switching System provides a no-mess, non-stop production that leaves you free to work on other things.
Add Some RAD with Fluorescent Inks
SBL3 Fluorescent Pink (Fp) and Fluorescent Yellow (Fy) inks can be combined with CMYKOrVi colors to produce eye-catching fluorescent hues and add vibrancy to conventional colors. Choose from 375 predefined colors in the Roland DG Fluor Color Library that include hundreds of fluorescent colors and soft pastel shades. With so many additional color options to present to your clients in a Roland DG Fluor Color Chart, you can offer more so much more color choice and excitement when creating apparel, décor, soft signage and other stylish products.
