The exclusively developed, high-performance UV inks cure immediately, enabling the IU-1000F to print with speed and precision on a wide range of substrates, including acrylic, PETG, PVC board (Sintra), foam, wood, corrugated, aluminum composite and more. With its additional primer ink, the IU-1000F even mkaes it easy to print on materials that are typically difficult to adhere to, such as metal and glass. This device is capable of printing on a wide variety of substrates. However, the print quality or the ink adhesion may vary according to the substrate used and it is strongly recommended to test the substrate for compatibility to ensure optimal print results.
Roland IU-1000F Site Prep
There is a lot to consider when looking at the purchase of a production flatbed UV printer. Delivery... how is are you getting it into your building? Installation... where is it going to go? Electrical... do you have the capacity to run the machine in a stable environment? And spacing... did you know that a 4' x 8' printer requires at least a 15' x 22' work space?
